Overview

We are adding to our Service Department and are hiring an HVAC/R Technician. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience working in Commercial HVAC applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performing repairs, overhauls, and start‑ups of commercial HVAC systems.
• Using a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Preparing for on‑site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on‑site work as necessary.
• Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
• Keeping current on all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Providing technical support to customers.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an HVAC/R Technician
• Boiler and Chillers experience
• RTU Install and Service
• Split System AC and Furnace Install and Service
• Valid CO Driver’s License and Clear MVR
• Current EPA License
• Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical ensuring you can perform the duties of the job.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to be a team player and possess leadership qualities.
