One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Las Vegas is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to educate customers on repairs and investment decisions while performing service calls in homes. You will assess systems, explain options clearly, and deliver technical service with care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an HVAC trade program greatly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement.
• Effectively communicate recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair is completed.
• Perform a proper inspection to prevent future breakdowns.
• Explain all services and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately complete paperwork and write recommendations on invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying needs.
