Thirty Madison Ventures in Key Largo, FL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join a well-established, high-end residential HVAC team. You’ll run service calls solo, diagnose and repair issues on site, and perform preventative maintenance on premium systems.

The role offers a steady 40-hour week, rotating on-call stipend, and a company vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with quick response times; EPA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass an extensive background check (required for site access).
• EPA Universal certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

THE BASICS

• Location: Key Largo, FL
• Pay: $32–$50/hour, based on experience and skill level
• Service Area: Primarily local, with minimal travel outside the immediate area
• Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, full 40 hours/week year-round (no seasonal downtime)
• On-Call: Rotating, roughly every third week — $250/week stipend regardless of call volume, plus time-and-a-half for after-hours service calls
• Reports To: Owner/Operator

WHAT YOU'LL DO
