Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. You can choose Regular, Evening, or Weekend shifts, with strong earning potential and company support for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Ability to work Regular, Evening, or Weekend schedules.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed.
• Educate customers and provide repair and replacement options.
• Present financing and maintenance plan options.
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed service and revenue goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
• Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
• Mentor and train apprentices.
• Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time.

We're looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. Whether you prefer a traditional schedule, evenings, or weekends, we offer the flexibility to choose the shift that best fits your lifestyle and goals.

Available Schedules

• Regular Schedule – Traditional daytime hours
• Evening Shift – Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Weekend Shift – Friday–Monday

• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
• Experience performing repairs, maintenance, and customer-facing service work.
