You’ll combine technical work with strong customer service, communicating system status clearly to homeowners on every service call.

Daily duties include collecting payments, maintaining truck inventory, and documenting service details.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Residential HVAC maintenance.
• Expert troubleshooting/diagnosis.
• EPA and NATE certified/eligible.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Truck inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance checks and services on residential HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various residential systems.
• Conduct safety and performance tests, including checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every service call.
• Collect payments and provide accurate, detailed information to homeowners.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system status after service is performed.
• Maintain proper truck inventory levels.

The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance checks and services on residential HVAC systems, troubleshoots and diagnoses repair options, and runs safety and performance tests including carbon monoxide and natural gas leak checks. Daily work blends the technical side with strong customer service: collecting payments, maintaining truck inventory, and clearly communicating system status to homeowners. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.
