Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance checks and services on residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various residential systems
• Conduct safety and performance tests, including checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every service call
• Collect payments and provide accurate, detailed information to homeowners
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system status after service
• Maintain proper truck inventory levels
