Job summary

Ultimate Air, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and system inspections to keep homes comfortable.

You will explain findings, provide clear recommendations, and deliver dependable service on every call while maintaining accurate service notes. Three or more years of HVAC experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required, and the company offers competitive compensation,

• Three or more years of HVAC experience preferred; candidates with a strong mechanical background will also be considered.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems.
• Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and sheet metal practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A reliable, self-motivated approach and willingness to work as part of a team.

Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience

What We're Looking For
