Ultimate Air, Inc. is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer to install heating and air conditioning systems and ensure quality workmanship for customers in Brown, Kewaunee, and Door Counties.

With 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, you will work in a family-owned environment offering growth, team support, and competitive benefits. Tools, company vehicle, and ongoing training are provided to help you succeed in a stable, expanding company.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of HVAC installation experience, including sheet metal and ductwork installation.
• Proficiency with residential and light commercial HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, refrigerants).
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to train and supervise others while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of HVAC low-voltage systems and installation code requirements.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
• Willingness to invest in and maintain your trade tools.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders and aerial equipment.

HVAC Installer

Pay: $30.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience
