About This Role:

We are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will meet safety, quality, and customer service standards on all jobs. This is a full-time position reporting to the Service Manager, based out of our Gaithersburg, MD office.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Establish rapport with customers to offer solutions and appropriate services
• Keep the job site and truck clean and organized
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and company events

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

• Prioritize safety and adhere to OSHA standards
• Regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, handle controls, hear, and talk
• Climb ladders and work in hot/cold environments and small crawl spaces
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly
• Work outdoors in various seasons depending on the scope of work
