Job summary

72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking skilled HVAC technicians to diagnose and repair residential systems in Fredericksburg, TX. You will prioritize excellent customer service and effectively communicate repair needs to customers.

Expect 2+ years of experience, EPA and TDLR credentials, and proficiency with Service Titan on an iPad. The role includes a company truck, tools, insurance, a 401k match, PTO, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid drivers license with no major violations in 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer.
• Experience with variable speed units and common components.
• EPA Certification and TDLR license; Nate preferred.

What you need:

• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
