Schneider’s 72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating in Fredericksburg, TX, is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform routine checks, inspect installed units, and diagnose minor HVAC parts. Known as the Wizards of Comfort, the team delivers reliable heating and cooling services across the Texas Hill Country.

Compensation is $18–$24 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company matching, PTO, and development

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform general and routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment
• Perform Inspections of installed HVAC units

Job Requirements:

• EPA Certification is preferred but not required
• Prior HVAC/maintenance experience is preferred but not required
• Current Driver’s License
• Outgoing, professional, clean-cut and drug-free
• Ability to troubleshoot service issues
• Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
• Ability to work in Fredericksburg, Texas
