What You'll Do

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide exceptional service and maintenance for HVAC systems, creating an amazing experience for our customers.
• Diagnose & Repair: Consult with clients, diagnose issues, and offer effective solutions to keep their HVAC systems running smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools (Service Titan) and inventory control systems.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication with both customers and the office team.
• Professionalism: Clean professional appearance and demeanor.
  
  

Competitive Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and knowledge, with hourly pay plus spiff and commission opportunities.
