Job Summary:

This role involves servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial settings, including healthcare, manufacturing, education, and office complexes. Responsibilities include commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting HVAC systems, using your knowledge of air conditioning, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. You will work with various partners, from new setups to retrofits, with support from a leading manufacturer providing technical support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand project requirements and schedule work accordingly.
2. Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction through effective diagnosis and repair of equipment.
3. Utilize software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
4. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and overnight stays, as needed.
5. Enforce safety standards and manage company assets responsibly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with a clean record.
• EPA Certification.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely and wear necessary safety gear.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
• Exposure to variable environmental conditions and safety hazards.
