Job summary

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical in Denver is seeking a Lead Installer to spearhead residential HVAC installations. You will lead on-site teams, ensure quality work, and mentor apprentices while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements include 2+ years leading installations, a valid driver's license, EPA certification (NATE preferred), and experience with Service Titan and using an iPad on the job. We offer comprehensive benefits, a company truck, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations recently.
• Experience with Service Titan software and iPad-based work.
• Ability to coach and apprentice other installers.
• EPA Certification required; NATE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train apprentices during projects.

What you need: (Lead Installer)

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification Required, Nate preferred
