Able Heating & Air is a family-owned HVAC company serving Culpeper and surrounding areas since 2011. We’re growing and seek an experienced HVAC Service Technician who values quality workmanship and customer service, with opportunities for training and advancement.

We offer competitive pay ($24–$48/hour, top performers up to $175,000/year), a sign-on bonus up to $1,500, and benefits including partial medical premiums, paid vacation/holidays, paid training, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician with EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Willing to obtain NATE certification within the first year.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Licensed technician is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC systems for customers.
• Diagnose issues, perform necessary replacements and maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document work.
• Follow safety and quality standards on every job.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Technician: Preferred, but not required.
