Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver�s license with insurable record.
• Minimum 6 months of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Willingness to invest in tools used in HVAC service.
• Willingness to participate in training seminars and classes.
• Ability to climb 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
• Enroll in HVAC course or in-house training programs.
• Follow written and verbal directions.
• Develop customer service skills.
• Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of starting.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Minimum 6 months experience doing HVAC maintenance
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Enroll in HVAC course and/or in house training programs
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
• Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Service Technician
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
