T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric in Geneva, NY is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems across Western New York. You will perform preventive maintenance, service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems while delivering outstanding customer care.

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, oil heating systems, mini-splits, and RTUs.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have your own basic HVAC hand tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Weekend on-call availability on a rotating schedule.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and teammates.
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in ongoing technical training.
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Service and maintain:
  • Furnaces
  • Air Conditioners
  • Heat Pumps
  • Boilers
  • Oil Heating Systems
  • Ductless Mini-Split Systems
  • Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Identify system issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions

What We're Looking For
