Job summary

T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric in Geneva, NY is growing and seeking a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and leading by example. You’ll spearhead residential installation projects and mentor apprentices to uphold craftsmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Lead installer experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read installation specifications and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and boilers.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Mentor and assist apprentice and junior installers on the job.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Complete start-up, testing, and system verification.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Accurately complete installation paperwork and job documentation.

We're growing in Geneva and looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and leading by example.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and boilers
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Installer preferred
• Strong experience installing:

  • Mini-split systems
  • Boilers
• Ability to read installation specifications and troubleshoot installation challenges
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• EPA Certification preferred
