Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking HVAC Service Technicians in Cincinnati to educate customers on technical and investment decisions while completing in-home service calls.

You will assess systems, communicate recommendations, perform high-quality repairs, and ensure proper system testing and documentation. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a generous earning potential with commission up to $120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience is highly preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on technical and investment decisions while making service calls in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience greatly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
