One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading Authority Brands affiliate in Las Vegas, is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to educate customers on options and perform service calls in customers' homes.

You will assess systems, communicate recommendations, and complete paperwork, with a focus on safety, quality work, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade program completion strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement needs.
• Effectively communicate recommendations to customers.
• Perform service and repair work with technical excellence.
• Test systems after service or repair.
• Inspect systems to prevent future breakdowns.
• Explain services to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete paperwork and document recommended actions on invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an HVAC trade program greatly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
