Job summary

Hobaica Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot effectively, service equipment safely, and communicate clearly with customers on system performance.

This role offers hourly pay plus commission, requires a minimum of 2 years in HVAC, and benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and a company vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• EPA certification preferred.
• HVAC knowledge including electrical components and refrigerants.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and tune-ups.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The technician must have strong troubleshooting skills, be customer-service oriented, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards.

Hourly + commission

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$70,000 - $80,000 USD
