Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial customers across the Phoenix area. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems and ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, a valid EPA certification, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. The role requires the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR screening.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Valid EPA Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR screening.
• Chiller experience is a plus; Military Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Our client, a leading commercial and industrial HVAC services company, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting commercial and industrial customers across the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and a customer-first mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $35 hr. - $42 hr. depending on experience
