Job summary

Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Technician in North Carolina to diagnose and repair home heating and cooling systems. You will perform preventative maintenance and work with a customer-first mindset to solve problems in customers' homes.

We offer strong compensation, including a base of over $48/hour with bonuses, potential sign-on up to $5,000, and year-round full-time work with growth opportunities within the company.

What our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
