Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC technician to service and repair HVAC systems in residential settings. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete warranty work while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in HVAC, holds an EPA Universal Certification, and demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required and travel within service area is

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification must be current.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and at least 3 years of US driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Service all system issues on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and repair customer systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and warranty work.
• Suggest system improvements and modifications.
• Work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems.

Requirements
