ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Nashville, TN. Earn $20–$35/hr with potential to exceed $130,000+ per year based on performance. This full-time, year-round role includes company-provided vehicle, benefits, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining service records with safety compliance. EPA cert/driver license required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
