Best Care Plumbing, Heating and Air in Bartlett, TN is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our growing, sales-driven, service-focused team. Technicians educate homeowners, perform comprehensive system evaluations, and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, indoor air quality, and overall home comfort.

We offer paid training, a company truck, and generous earning potential through hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Experience performing repairs, maintenance, and customer facing service work.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting.
• EPA Certification required. NATE certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, tune ups, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Educate homeowners and provide repair and replacement options.
• Present financing options and maintenance plan memberships.
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed service and revenue goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
• Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.

• Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed..
