Best Care Plumbing, Heating and Air in Bartlett, TN is hiring skilled Residential HVAC Installers. This pure install role emphasizes quality workmanship with no selling or quotas; you will deliver clean, professional installations that run right the first time and impress homeowners.

Formación

• Three or more years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of R-410A and newer refrigerants (R-454B, R-32) or willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of ductwork, airflow, and proper startup procedures.
• Professional appearance and solid customer communication skills.
• Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Install premium residential heating, air conditioning, heat pump, ductless, and indoor air quality systems from top equipment manufacturers.
• Design, fabricate, and install ductwork and duct fittings to upgrade existing systems for better airflow.
• Start up, test, and commission new systems; adjust controls for peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot startup issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Walk homeowners through their new system and answer questions at the end of the job.
• Represent Best Care with a professional appearance and respectful attitude in every home.
• Protect the customer’s home and keep job sites clean.
• Collaborate with install partner, service team, and dispatch to keep jobs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and properly store tools and materials.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.

• Work closely with your install partner, service team, and dispatch to keep jobs on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and keep tools and materials in good condition.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.

Requirements:

• Three(3)+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of R-410A and newer A2L refrigerants (R-454B, R-32), or a willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of ductwork, airflow, and proper system startup procedures.
• Professional appearance and solid communication skills with customers.
• Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last five (5) years.
• Ability to pass a background check prior to employment.
