Job summary

ProSkill Services in Anthem, AZ, is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on residential systems. You will work in field environments, handle inventory, and maintain safety standards while communicating clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years HVAC technician experience.
• EPA certification and valid driver's license required; NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus.
• Hourly pay + incentives, spiffs, and commissions when applicable

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: preventive maintenance for new and existing customers; respond to on-demand service calls for down HVAC systems.
• Inventory control: maintain service van stock according to SOP; ensure day-to-day operation is properly stocked.
• Safety and compliance: follow safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: complete forms, reports, logs, and records for services rendered and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers, respond to on demand service calls for down HVAC systems..
• Inventory Control: Maintain your service van tock according to company SOP, ensuring that you are properly stocked for your day to day operation.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license, and EPA certification. NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
• Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives, spiffs, and commissions when applicable
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $120,000 USD
