Job summary

ProSkill Services in Anthem, Arizona is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in workmanship and customer service. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and document work performed while driving a company vehicle and maintaining inventory.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license; NATE or Master Heat Pump certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• EPA certification is required; NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician are a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act in the customer's best interest.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to on-demand service calls for HVAC systems.
• Maintain service van inventory according to SOP and stay stocked for daily operations.
• Follow safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document service performed and recommendations in required forms/reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers, respond to on demand service calls for down HVAC systems..
• Inventory Control: Maintain your service van tock according to company SOP, ensuring that you are properly stocked for your day to day operation.
• Safety and compliance: Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license, and EPA certification. NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $120,000 USD
