Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions Tulsa is seeking an HVAC Service Technician who will provide exceptional service and solutions to enhance HVAC system performance. The role combines technical expertise with sales techniques, ensuring customers receive value-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, HVAC certifications, and at least two years of relevant experience. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commissions, with a competitive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC Service experience required.
• Ability to climb into attics and crawl spaces.
• Fluent in English, capable of reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their HVAC systems.
• Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals.

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

EPA certification
