Job summary

Black Bear Heating & Air is seeking a licensed HVAC Service Technician for Connecticut. This full-time role offers year-round work, overtime, and a take-home company vehicle for qualified techs.

You will diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, service gas, oil, A/C, heat pumps, and boilers, perform maintenance and inspections, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and document work orders accurately.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S2, B2 or equivalent).
• 3+ years experience in HVAC service.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Experience with oil & gas systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Professional attitude and reliability.
• No apprenticeships applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems.

• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections.
