Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking HVAC Technicians to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. The role offers a 4-day work week, hourly pay with commission potential, year‑round full-time work, and opportunities to earn over $100k per year for top performers.

Orientation, training, and direct deposit payroll are provided. No overnight work, flexible shifts at many locations, and a company vehicle with gas card are included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC license; certification assistance may be available.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks; valid driver license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Work with a willingness to take on long, sporadic hours or weekends when necessary.
• Participate in comprehensive training, including safety, technical, sales, and leadership components.

We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians can expect:

• 4 Day Work Week - 3 Days Off

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
