Job summary

American Residential Services is looking for experienced HVAC Technicians in Richmond, Kentucky. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of residential HVAC experience and a Journeyman HVAC License. Technicians should be prepared for hands-on work in various conditions and to deliver exceptional customer service through every interaction.

This role offers a 4 day work week, with the potential to earn over $100k per year, as well as comprehensive training and an industry-leading benefits package.

Technicians can expect

• 4 Day Work Week - 3 Days Off
• Hourly PLUS Commission Potential

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
