Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. This role rewards high performers with substantial earning potential and offers comprehensive training and support.

Expect a four-day work week in many locations, paid orientation and training, and a company vehicle with gas card. A strong focus on safety and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

Technicians can expect:

• 4 Day Work Week - 3 Days Off
