ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for residential heating and cooling system service and repair. The role offers year-round full-time work with rotating schedules and potential earnings well over $100k for top performers.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong customer service skills. A valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy objects are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification is preferred or required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to crawl into attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Work full-time year-round with rotating schedules.
• No on-call or overnight shifts for many locations, with flexible shifts.
• Operate with company vehicle and gas card; keep uniform and tools.
• Participate in comprehensive in-house training and development.

Responsibilities

What We Want:
PM shift is from 12-8pm 5 days a week with a schedule rotating into the weekends.

We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

Technicians can expect:

• Year-round full-time work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
