Job summary

MOHR Talent in Miami, FL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support residential and commercial operations. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems on-site, with a company van provided.

You will handle refrigerant recovery, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, install thermostats (including smart systems), and balance airflow. A valid driver’s license is required, and 2+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC technician experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret system layouts and basic blueprints
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

About the Role

An established HVAC mechanical contractoris hiring HVAC Service Technicians to support continued growth across residential and commercial operations.

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential and commercial environments
• Perform refrigerant handling and recovery, and diagnose electrical/mechanical issues
• Install and program thermostats, including smart HVAC systems
