MOHR Talent in Miami, FL is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and construction projects. This is a hands-on role for an experienced technician who can work independently or as part of a field team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC technician experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
• Ability to read and interpret system layouts and basic blueprints.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Job-related purchases reimbursed immediately via bank transfer.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential and commercial environments.
• Perform refrigerant handling and recovery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical system issues.
• Install and program thermostats, including smart HVAC systems.
• Perform AC installations, system replacements, and heat pump/heating system service.
• Fabricate and install ductwork; perform soldering and brazing as needed.
• Conduct ventilation/airflow balancing and load calculations for system sizing.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards; document work performed.
