Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking HVAC Technicians to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. The role offers a four-day work week with three days off, flexible shifts, and year-round full-time work.

High performers can earn more than $100k per year, with paid orientation, comprehensive training, and a company vehicle plus gas card. No overnight work and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to access attics and crawl spaces; lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

• Earn hourly pay plus commission; top performers may exceed $100k annually.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
