Qualifications

• Minimum HVAC experience in residential service, maintenance and repair.
• Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps knowledge.
• EPA universal certification and TDLR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems such as furnaces, heat pumps and AC units.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Identify issues and recommend heating/cooling solutions.
• Ensure work meets company standards and local codes.
• Explain system performance and recommended repairs to homeowners.
• Deliver professional customer service while completing service work.
