Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and panel installations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with codes and safety standards.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, technicians, and management.
• Educate customers on electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Accurately bid, sell, and negotiate residential electrical jobs.
• Read and interpret electrical plans and wiring schematics; maintain clear communication with dispatch and teams.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely; maintain vehicle and inventory.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and panel installations
• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable codes and regulations
• Serve as a knowledgeable electrical resource for customers, technicians, and management
• Educate customers on electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Accurately bid, sell, and negotiate residential electrical jobs
• Read and interpret, electrical plans, and wiring schematicsMaintain clear communication with dispatch, managers, customers, and installation teams
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle

What We're Looking For:

• Valid and current Master Electrician License required
• Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience
• Valid Drivers Liense
• Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes, regulations, and permitting requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
