Overview

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr. Pay is based on skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Pay: $40 - $50 HR plus incentives. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.00. Full-time, year-round work effective JAN 2026 — no on-call. Technicians are dispatched from home. Annual earning potential $100K+ based on performance.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Ability to provide our customer with excellent customer service
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
