Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Pay Details

Pay: $40 - $50.00/hr plus incentives.

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.00.

Full-time, year-round work effective January 2026 – no on-call. Technicians dispatched from home.

Annual earning potential $100K+ based on performance.

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Ability to provide our customer with excellent Customer Service
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
