Job summary

Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of demand service calls and preventive maintenance. • Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (Mississippi requirements).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with dispatching/service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.
