Job summary

Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians across the Southeast. You will oversee daily field operations, schedule demand service calls and preventive maintenance, and manage assigned customer accounts and work orders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years HVAC experience, at least 2 in a supervisory role, a valid HVAC license, EPA certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Position Summary

The HVAC Field Service Supervisor oversees daily field operations, manages a team of technicians, and ensures efficient scheduling of demand service calls and preventative maintenance. This role also manages assigned customer accounts, open service requests, and PM schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HVAC experience; minimum 2 years in a supervisor or lead role.
• Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (per Mississippi requirements).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with dispatching/service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
