Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• 2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• EPA certification.
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Explain HVAC options and upsell upgrades to customers.
• Close sales for system upgrades and new equipment.
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams to schedule service.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high service quality.
• Identify opportunities for service or upgrade opportunities while on the job.
