Topline Heating & Air is seeking a motivated HVAC Service & Selling Technician to deliver exceptional customer service, educate homeowners on options, and present solutions aligned with budgets. The role emphasizes selling alongside service duties and requires strong communication with customers and dispatch.

This is a full-time on-site position in Lancaster, with company-supported equipment and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
