Ilocatum in Fairfield, NJ is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Representative to sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities across Central and Northern New Jersey. This field sales role covers Central and Northern NJ north of I-195, with uncapped commissions, a competitive base, and a car allowance.

Build relationships with facility decision makers and grow recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Experience in building systems sales (security, fire protection, low voltage, or electrical).
• Comfortable selling to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, property management, and retail facilities.
• Able to cover Central and Northern NJ (north of I-195).

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience preferred
• Or building systems sales experience: security, fire protection, low voltage, or electrical
• Comfortable selling to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, property management, and retail facilities
• Able to cover Central and Northern NJ (north of I-195)
