Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is hiring an HVAC Sales Representative to drive service and preventive maintenance contract sales across Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing and Property Management in Central & Northern NJ (north of I-195).

Opportunity includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, car allowance, and strong growth potential with extensive benefits. Territory covers Central & Northern NJ with ample advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Candidates with building systems sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management and Retail facilities.
• Grow revenue within Central & Northern NJ (north of I-195) through prospected accounts and renewals.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships to secure ongoing contracts and upsell services.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position with be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)

Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience; however, we will also consider candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc..)
