Job summary

Air Around the Clock is seeking motivated HVAC Technician & Sales Specialists to join our growing Florida residential team. This role blends hands-on service with proactive sales, diagnosing problems, performing basic repairs, and identifying opportunities to connect homeowners with our Comfort Consultants.

You will generate qualified replacement leads, educate customers on options, and deliver excellent service with honesty and professionalism.

Air Around the Clock is looking for motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven HVAC Technician & Sales Specialists to join our growing team!

This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines hands-on HVAC knowledge with a natural ability to communicate, build trust, and generate sales opportunities.

We're not looking for someone who only wants to turn wrenches. We're looking for someone who can diagnose problems, complete basic repairs, identify replacement opportunities, and connect homeowners with our Comfort Consultants.

Our Comfort Consultants handle the detailed presentation and closing of new system sales, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service, identifying customer needs, and generating qualified opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform residential HVAC service calls, basic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and minor repairs.
• Identify and resolve common HVAC issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate HVAC systems for age, efficiency, condition, and overall performance.
• Recognize opportunities for system replacements, upgrades, and home comfort improvements.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through confident, friendly, and professional communication.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer concerns, comfort preferences, and long-term needs.
• Educate homeowners on repair options, system efficiency, and potential replacement benefits.
• Generate qualified replacement leads and coordinate appointments with our Comfort Consultants.
• Communicate system findings, customer concerns, and replacement opportunities clearly to the Comfort Consultant team.
• Recommend maintenance services, repairs, and indoor air quality improvements when appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
