Job summary

AirReps in Lake Oswego, Oregon seeks a Service Sales Manager to lead Field Service Techs and blend technical service expertise with a consultative sales approach to serve commercial HVAC customers.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment, evaluating customer needs for system upgrades, presenting financing options, managing sales channels, and traveling within the territory to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HVAC experience, manufacturing or service.
• 5-10 years in a leadership position.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred.
• HVAC degree or certification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive sales and contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates daily functions of Technical Services to achieve productivity.
• Evaluates processes and procedures and recommends changes to management.
• Oversight of resumes for new or replacement Technical Service positions.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend system upgrades or new equipment.
• Present financing options, warranties, and maintenance plans to customers.
• Manage sales channels, establish and maintain relationships, meet sales targets.
• Travel to client locations within territory to build relationships.
